Congressman Payne Jr. released this Press Release in regards to the shootings.

The closest airport is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.  We have no reports of any airline holds.  As of printing, the gunman was at large and postponement of flights would likely be implemented to assist in the manhunt.  We have submitted an inquiry with the airport and are awaiting a response.
