ELIZABETH, NJ - Authorities are investigating the death of a Plainfield man who was found dead in the parking lot of Angels Gentleman's Club in Elizabeth over the weekend.

According to Union County Prosecutor Michael A. Monahan, officers responded to the 400 block of  Spring Street in Elizabeth at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 19  to find the body of a man who had been shot in the parking lot.

Police said when they arrived at the scene they found the body of a man who was later identified as of Paris Lee 20-years-old of Plainfield had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
