ELIZABETH, NJ – Playball for Miracles, which runs events to raise money for Children's Specialized Hospital, is hosting a fundraiser at the Lakewood Blue Claws for Irish Heritage Night on Saturday, August 8 at 7:05 p.m. In addition to supporting PBFM, the first 1000 people get a Blue Claws Irish Heritage Hat. All proceeds from ticket sales sold by PBFM will be donated to children with special needs.
“As many of you know, our biggest event is the Playball for Miracles Softball Tournament,” said Erin McGuinness, one of PBMF’s founders. “We ran our 11th Tournament this past May and gave another 10k to Children's Specialized Hospital. That makes over 110K in 11 years. We also just donated the money we raised at our raffle, to the family of a child with special needs. Our raffle donations total more than 25k.”
Tickets are on sale through email and Eventbrite.com https://pbfmmiraclenight.eventbrite.com. Tickets to this event range from $10 to $15 dollars each and discounted food vouchers are also available.
