ELIZABETH/UNION, NJ - Police are investigating a report of a possible sexual attack on a girl at a Union County park Tuesday evening. 

According to a law enforcement source, police were called to the Phil Rizzuto County Park at the intersection of North and Morris Avenues at approximately 5:30 p.m. for a report of a missing 10-year old female.

According to the source, during the police search of the area, a man reported to police that he heard a girl yelling near the river bank.  Police located the 10-year old girl without pants.  The man who reported hearing the girl was detained as a person of interest.
