Authorities are reportedly looking for a suspect wearing a black shirt and khaki shorts on a bicycle.

This is the second person to be shot near Mattano Park recently.

Police said Ricardo Nieto, 33, was found shot in the driveway of his home in the area of Niles Sreet and 5th Avenue in the early morning hours on July 16. He later died at the scene, police said. Authorities are still investigating that incident.
