The Gateway Family YMCA Celebrates National Women’s Health and Fitness Day

UNION COUNTY, NJ – The Gateway Family YMCA is offering women the opportunity to get fit and healthy during the 14th Annual National Women’s Health & Fitness Day on September 30th, 2015.

As an official host site, The Gateway Family YMCA will hold special events at all branches including free health screenings hosted by Woodbridge Medical Group at the Wellness Center Branch 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and a Zumbathon at the Five Points Branch gymnasium 7:30-9:30 p.m.
