UNION, NJ - On Sunday, November 10, the Union Township Historical Society will host Union County Clerk and author, Joanne Hamilton Rajoppi, at Connecticut Farms Presbyterian Church, 888 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union.

At 3:00 pm, Rajoppi will present a lecture on "Revolutionary Elizabethtown and Connecticut Farms,” based on her research for her latest work, a novel about the story of Elizabethtown in the volatile years, 1777-1780, when the American Revolution seemed doomed.

Rajoppi has written two historical non-fiction works about New Jersey’s Civil War history and now focuses on this exciting era in New Jersey, and the men and women who played key roles that changed the course of our history and whose presence is still felt today.
