ELIZABETH, NJ - Kiana Dominique Harris of Elizabeth is the newly crowned 2019 Miss Global New Jersey and will represent the state at the Miss Global United States Pageant in Orlando, Florida on July 6-9.
Harris is a life long resident of Elizabeth. attended elementary and middle schools and graduated from Elizabeth High School/Edison House. She is the granddaughter of the late retired Elizabeth police Officer, James McDaniel, (known as "Officer Friendly”).
No stranger to pageants, Kiana was Miss Cosmopolitan World USA 2016, and 1st runner-up to Miss Cosmopolitan World at the international competition in Malaysia. Aside from the Miss Cosmopolitan pageant system, she has held other titles both state and nationally.
Globally recognized as a premier international pageant, the Miss Global Pageant plays host to more than 40 international beauty queens from around the world. The pageant was created promoting beauty, intelligence, and charm of the women throughout the world.
