Fire Promotions

Sign Up for E-News

(11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 50 Winfield Scott Plaza, Elizabeth) - Mayor Bollwage will join members of the Fire Department as well as other City Officials at a Fire Promotions ceremony. The event will be held in Council Chambers, located on the third floor of City Hall.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten 

(2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., 11 South Broad Street., Elizabeth) - Mayor Bollwage will kick off the family reading program titled “1000 Books Before Kindergarten” at the main branch of the Elizabeth Public Library. For more information, please call 908-354-6060. 

Men That Cook  Competition 

(12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., 866 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth) - Mayor Bollwage will attend an event titled: Competition for Men That Cook, hosted by Missionaries on a Mission. It will be held at the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
