ELIZABETH, NJ - Friday was Principal’s Day and teachers from Jefferson Arts Academy in Elizabeth, New Jersey set up an impromptu parade to say “Thank You“ to their Principal, Michael Ojeda and their Vice Principals Cheryl Popielarski, Alexandra Mickens and Danny Ortiz.  The Elizabeth Police Department also came by to show their support.

Although it was a last minute gathering and many teachers were unable to join despite wishing they could, the teachers who came, paraded, honked and cheered and sent love from the whole school.

A teacher told TAPinto Elizabeth, "During this difficult time, it’s not only the teachers working hard, but the administration as well and the TJAA principal and VP’s are very deserving of the gratitude they received."
