ELIZABETH, NJ — The City of Elizabeth successfully completed the 2nd day of free COVID-19 and antibody testing at the Mickey Walker Center.

Testing takes place from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is open to all.  Photo ID is requested from all persons wishing to get tested. Residents are asked to pre-register online or call 908-897-0000. The website provided for online registration is not functional so residents hoping to register will have to call the office.

Testing began on Wednesday and the final day of free testing is Friday, June 26th. Residents will still be able to register to be tested at Kean University regardless of whether they have symptoms or not.

The City of Elizabeth was not able to comment on how many residents received tests and when those who took the COVID test will receive their results.
