HILLSBOROUGH, NJ  - Township police continue their investigation in to four separate reports of a naked man exposing himself outside residences throughout the township.

Police confirmed an incident that occurred on Sept. 14 involves the same man as the most recent incident, which occurred Thursday, Nov. 1.

Tuesday’s  incident occurred in the back yard of a residence on Meadowbrook Drive at 7 p.m., according to Hillsborough Police Cpl. Craig Heindrichs.

The resident told police she saw a naked man at the back door peering in to her residence. Based on surveillance videotape, he was described as light-skinned, in his late teens to early 20s wearing a black wig and what appeared to be a bandana covering his face, wearing black shoes-with white stripes.

“The subject is most certainly the same subject that was captured on surveillance video on Sept. 14 at the Triangle Road residence, “ Heindrichs said.

The Sept. 14 incident occurred at 10 p.m. The resident saw a naked man near the rear entrance of their home on Triangle Road, walking around to the front yard. He was wearing black shoes and a black wig with a cloth covering his face. He was additionally described as light-skinned in his late teens or early 20s with a slender build.

The first incident occurred July 31 at 9:30 a.m. when a naked man was seen near a residence on South Triangle Road. He fled on a bicycle. Police say the witness could not provide a good description.

The fourth incident was reported on Sept. 28 at 9:30 p.m.. A resident of Columbia Common told police a man approached her in front of her residence and exposed himself. He was described as wearing a white sweatshirt, dark pants and baseball cap, light-skinned with dark, shoulder-length wavy hair.

“The two incidents that occurred on South Triangle Road and Columbia Commons may or may not be related to the two incidents that were captured on surveillance video,” Heindrichs said.

Residents are urged io report suspicious activity by calling 911. Anyone with information on these four incidents of others is are asked to contact Hillsborough Police at (908) 369-4323; select Option 3 on the voice prompts to speak with an officer.
