Trout Season Begins April 8 in Union County's Parks

Firefighters Earn Bragging Rights at Annual Charity Basketball Game

ELIZABETH, NJ – It was a swept for Elizabeth firefighters over the Elizabeth police officers at the Annual Charity Basketball Game in Dunn Sports Center, April 2.

In the Over the Hill Game for players 40 years old and older, the firefighters won by two points after they made two clutch free throws with 2.1 seconds left in the game. In the second game, the fire department won 63-57.
