GLEN ROCK, NJ - Need to update a passport, apply for a business trade name, utilize a notary? No need to go to Hackensack because the Bergen County Clerk's office is coming to Glen Rock in October as part of Clerk John S. Hogan's “Around the County” initiative.
In addition to Glen Rock, Borough Hall--1 Harding Plaza, on Oct. 2-4, other satellite offices will be in Mahwah (Borough Hall Senior Center-475 Corporate Drive) August 7-9; Bergenfield (Borough Hall-198 N. Washington Avenue) August 21-23; Garfield (Recreation Center-466 Midland Avenue) September 18-20; Emerson (Library – 20 Palisade Avenue) October 16-18; Township of Washington (Town Hall – 350 Hudson Avenue) October 23-25; and Lyndhurst (Borough Hall – 367 Valley Brook Avenue) October 31 and November 1.
Employees of the Bergen County Clerk’s Office will set up in each location, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., for the processing of passport applications while providing passport photos on site, business trade names, notaries and photo cards for Gold Star Parents, veterans, Exempt Fire Fighter and Senior Golden Key Cards. Voter Registration Forms and Vote-By-Mail Applications will also be made available.
“We will continue to schedule satellite offices throughout Bergen County to make our services more readily available," Hogan said in a press release.
