I’d like to congratulate the Class of 2020 graduates — whether you completed elementary school, high school, or college.
Your achievement rewards your hard work, focus, and discipline.
What you have achieved is even more remarkable given what you have had to overcome this year. I would normally be congratulating you in May when it is traditionally graduation season.
This year, as we all learned to reimagine life during a pandemic, you have had to learn how to learn remotely, in addition to your regular studies. We are all proud of your achievements.
I must personally congratulate the students at my alma mater, St. Catherine’s in Glen Rock. It feels like just yesterday, I sat where you now sit. The lessons I learned there were instrumental in making me the man I am today. I know that you will all go on to make your teachers proud.
To the Class of 2020 everywhere, good luck on whatever comes next in your lives. Know that your friends at El Gallo Authentic Mexican Cuisine will be cheering you on.
