MORRISTOWN, NJ - Governor Murphy announced that as of Friday, March 27 all elective surgeries and invasive procedures for adults; both medical and dental are suspended. The suspensions will take effect on Friday, March 27, at 5pm.
This is another in a series of precautions sanctioned by the state of New Jersey to curb the spread of coronavirus, COVID-19.
"This applies to all operations that can be safely delayed, as determined by the patient's doctor or dentist", Murphy stated.
