Narcotics:  P.O. Geovanny Buitron approached a possible disabled vehicle parked on Saddle River Road at Northern Drive and arrested the operator, David Arzon Jr, age 28 of Walden, NY, after Arzon admitted to swallowing marijuana, plus handing over additional marijuana to the officer.  He was released after being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance & possession of drug paraphernalia.

Narcotics:  P.O. Justin DiGuglielmo initiated a motor vehicle stop on Broadway at West Amsterdam Avenue and arrested a passenger, Leyder Rivera, age 20 of Paterson, after marijuana was handed over.  He was released after being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Narcotics:  P.O. Geovanny Buitron approached a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts, 23-08 Maple Avenue, and arrested the operator, Matthew Collins, age 24 of Newton, and two passengers:  George Decker, age 27 of Newton, & Shanelle Babcock, age 22 of Newton, after evidence of drug use was discovered.  A search of the vehicle turned up 247 wax folds of suspected heroin plus additional evidence of drug use.  

  They were charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin within 500 feet of a public park, 2 counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of hypodermic needles & possession of drug paraphernalia.  They were all transported to Bergen County Jail.

Wanted Person:  P.O. Juan Hinojosa initiated a motor vehicle stop on Fair Lawn Avenue at Pollitt Drive and arrested the operator, Natan Dizenfeld, age 30 of Fair Lawn, after locating arrest warrants out of the following:  Fair Lawn ($500), Saddle Brook ($750), Randolph ($750), River Edge ($1197), Elmwood Park ($500) & Union Township ($1000).  He was charged with operating with a suspended license, then transported to Bergen County Jail.

Wanted Person:  P.O. Anthony Burgos approached a suspicious person walking on River Road at Maple Avenue and arrested Amanda Axelrod, age 37 of Hawthorne, after an arrest warrant was located out of Garfield for $1000.  She was released after a bail bond was posted.
