December 5

5:02 pm - Narcotics:  P.O. Robert Manning initiated a motor vehicle stop on 32nd Street near Broadway and arrested the operator, Alfred Revilla, age 24 of Fair Lawn, after an ounce of marijuana, a bag containing ketamine & evidence of drug distribution was found inside the vehicle. A passenger, Nelson Nicudemos, age 25 of Fair Lawn, was also arrested when an arrest warrant out of Fair Lawn for $1,261 was located.

Revilla was released after being charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), two counts of possession with intent to distribute CDS, improper passing & operating an unregistered vehicle. Nicudemos was sent to Bergen County Jail.

Theft:  On 11/25/17, Fair Lawn Police responded to a residence on Brookside Avenue on a reported theft of electronics, tools and cash from the home.  Det/Sgt. Tim O’Shaughnessy took over the investigation and arrested John Cornett Jr, age 45 of Fair Lawn, after the stolen items were found at a local pawn shop. He was released after being charged with theft.

December 6

11:36 pm - Wanted Person:  P.O. Juan Rodriguez approached a suspicious person walking on Broadway at Blue Hill Avenue and arrested Anthony Fondeur, age 32 of Paterson, after an arrest warrant was located out of Clifton for $1,000. He was handed over to Clifton Police.

December 8

7:07 am - Wanted Person:  P.O. Robert Manning initiated a motor vehicle stop in the Upper Erie Train Lot off of Fair Lawn Avenue and arrested Erik Fragoso, age 38 of Fair Lawn, after arrest warrants were located out of Garfield, ($1,125), Saddle Brook ($500) & Fair Lawn ($546). He was released after bond was posted.

December 9

12:20 am - Wanted Person:  P.O. Geovanny Buitron initiated a motor vehicle stop on Broadway at Tunbridge Road and arrested the operator, Victoria Lemanski, age 21 of Clifton, after an arrest warrant was located out of Little Falls.  She was charged with failing to maintain a single lane, then handed over to Little Falls Police.

December 10

1:30 am - Aggravated Assault:  Det. Anthony Lugo, P.O. Brian Rypkema, P.O. Juan Hinojosa, P.O. Anthony Ferreira and P.O. John Kelly responded to JJ’s Pub, 25-01 Broadway, on a report of an assault inside of the business and arrested Francis Schneider, age 53 of Fair Lawn, after it was determined that after an initial assault, he returned to the business with a hammer but was stopped by patrons before using it. He was released after being charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose & unlawful possession of a weapon.
