11:10 pm - Wanted Person:  P.O. Thomas Spear initiated a motor vehicle stop on Broadway at 27th Street and arrested the operator, Pirscalla Boland, age 29 of Paterson, after an arrest warrant was located out of Woodbridge for $500.  She was charged with operating with a suspended license and released after bail was posted.

9:53 am - Wanted Person:  P.O. Ian Manelis initiated a motor vehicle stop on Broadway at 27th Street and arrested the operator, Harutyun Saghyan, age 28 of Fair Lawn, after arrest warrants were located out of Little Falls ($89) & Elmwood Park ($81).  He was charged with using a hand-held device during operation, operating an unregistered vehicle & operating with a suspended license, then released after bail was posted.

11:00 am - Wanted Person:  P.O. Chris O’Shaughnessy & Det/Sgt. Joseph Mecionis responded to a residence on 31st Street and arrested Luis Hiraldo-Fernandez, age 31 of Fair Lawn, after receiving an arrest warrant for $50,000 from the Stamford, CT Police Department.  He was sent to Bergen County Jail to await extradition to Connecticut.

6:51 pm - Wanted Person:  P.O. John Kelly & P.O. Justin DiGuglielmo were handed over Vinny Elhitawy, age 24 of Hackensack, by the New Jersey State Police after he was arrested for an arrest warrant out of Fair Lawn for $81.  While being processed at Fair Lawn Police Headquarters, heroin was found inside his boot. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, then released after bail was posted.
