Narcotics:  P.O. John Rovetto initiated a motor vehicle stop on Harristown Road at DeBoer Drive and arrested the passenger, Jessica Harty, age 30 of Milford, PA, after arrest warrants were located out of Haledon ($750) & Paterson ($500).  Drugs were then located in her pocket and in the rear of the patrol vehicle after transport to police headquarters.  She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles & failure to wear a seat belt, then handed over to Haledon Police.
