On February 24th, NY area comedians will transform Glen Rock High School cafeteria into one of the funniest comedy clubs in Bergen County.  Doors will open at 7pm, show beginning at 8pm. Glen Rock High School is located at 400 Hamilton Avenue, Glen Rock, NJ.

The night’s emcee will be comedian Ritu Chandra. Her comedy is based on her life experiences which continue to grow stranger by the years. Ritu has been seen on NBC’s the Today Show and performs at clubs and colleges across the country.  Ritu will be introducing the evening’s lineup that includes performances by SNL’s contributing Weekend Update writer and stand-up comedian Stan Stankos and Glen Rock’s own Dan Pulzello.  Dan who performs weekly at The Stand, was a finalist in the Make Me Laugh Albany Competition and participated in both the Park Slope Comedy Festival and the  Manhattan Comedy Festival.

The night’s headliner act is Joey Kola, whose topical and timeless material combine to always make his audiences laugh hard. Joey’s TV credits include, Jimmy Fallon and CBS's hit show "Kevin Can Wait" where Joey plays the role of "Larry Anderson", the corn eating Assistant Principal on the show.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit GRHS Class of 2018’s Grad Ball.  Now in its 60th year, Grad Ball is a Glen Rock tradition that began in 1959 when senior class parents were looking for a safe, alcohol-free venue where seniors could celebrate their graduation from high school.  Each year the theme is kept under wraps and on graduation night the secret theme is unveiled to the students.

To join in the evening of laughs, general seating tickets can be purchased at or at Prominent Ticket located at 230 Rock Road, Glen Rock.  Tickets will also be on sale at GRHS on Thursday February 8th and February 15th from 6:30-8:30pm.  Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Senior Citizen tickets are $20. Eighteen and over are welcome. For more information email or call 201-417-9157.
