GLEN ROCK, NJ - The Glen Rock High School Theatre Company will present Pride and Prejudice, written by Jane Austen and dramatized by Simon Readeat 7 p.m. on November 1, 2, and 3. A timeless literary masterpiece, Pride and Prejudice is entertaining for the entire family and features the talents and dedication of more than forty students.

A whimsical tale about the trappings of romance in 19th century England, Pride and Prejudice follows the Bennet family as they are swept into the hubbub of a charming, wealthy suitor moving into the estate next door.  Each of the five daughters dream of having their turn to dance with a handsome socialite at one of the many balls, but with so many personalities and passions in the mix, who of them really knows how their course of courtship will flow. In the end, the Bennet daughters, and even the audience, may be surprised for whom their heart swoons!

All performances will take place in the GRHS auditorium located at 400 Harristown Road, Glen Rock, New Jersey. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students/senior citizens and will be sold at the door 30 minutes prior to each performance. All seating is general admission.
