GLEN ROCK, NJ - The Board of the Glen Rock NJ Dog Park non-profit is thrilled to announce Sunday, February 23 as our first “Good Neighbor Day’”.
To increase awareness and usage of the beautiful new dog park, open to all and dedicated to the 9/11 Search and Rescue dogs, we cordially invite Fair Lawn dog lovers to visit the park on Sunday, February 23.
Fair Lawn residents and businesses have been wonderful supporters of the park to date and of course are welcome at the park ANY day. Dedicating this Sunday to the borough is our small way of saying welcome and thank you for your support!
The Fair Lawn Rotary Club recently made a generous donation to the park in memory of their beloved member Irving Kleinberg, and American Graphics Systems on Route 4 in Fair Lawn has supported the park since inception with signs, banners, postcards, etc.
The Glen Rock NJ Dog Park non-profit is responsible for the creation of the newly opened, privately funded dog park located at 350 Doremus Avenue behind the recycling center. The park is open from 7 a.m. until dusk. The dog park is the only one in the United States dedicated to the 9/11 Search and rescue animals. All donations to the park are tax-deductible.
