FAIR LAWN, NJ - The Fair Lawn Board of Education approved a 3-year pact with district administrators, giving them a 2.25% increase in salary in each year of the contract, according to the school administration.
The agreement, dated November 18, 2019, between the Board of Education and FLASA, Fair Lawn Administrator and Supervisory Association, runs from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2023. The Board ratified the agreement on Dec. 19.
Nick Norcia, superintendent of schools, said the contract affects a total of 22 administrators.
