This quick screening tool will assess whether you qualify for COVID-19 testing. If your screening indicates you should be tested, you will be connected to Bergen New Bridge Cares, our telehealth service, for further assessment.

If you qualify after your telehealth session, you will be scheduled for testing at the Bergen New Bridge drive-up testing site.

Q. Do I need a physician order to be tested?

A. Yes. You will either need a physician order from your primary care physician or you need to be evaluated by one of our telehealth providers.

Q. How long until I will get my result?

A. Typically, the results will be available in 24 to 48 hours, though in some cases it will take up to 4 days.

Q. How will I be notified?

A. You will receive a phone call from 201.225.4000. One of our staff will call you directly with your results. You will be asked to verify your name and date of birth. Copies of results will NOT be sent to your primary care physician. You may request a copy of your results by calling medical records at 201.967.4065.
