FAIR LAWN, NJ - The Milnes family is beginning the rebuilding process 10 months after a fire ripped through their house on Pomona Avenue.

The fire, which occurred on February 10, destroyed the family's personal belongings and left the house uninhabitable. The good news? No one was hurt.

The application before the Zoning Board of Adjustment to reconstruct the home was approved on Dec. 17. According to the application, the home will be rebuilt on the existing foundation and maintain much of the original footprint, although they have added a second floor addition on the 30-foot x 100-foot lot.
