SHIP BOTTOM, NJ - If you have traveled to Long Beach Island recently you have seen the two new large structures at the entrance to Ship Bottom. LBI is changing and changing rapidly with these two properties. 

Hotel LBI is close to completion.  It is a project by the Mercer Management Group which also owns the Mallard Island Yacht Club, The Mainland at the Holiday Inn and the Bonnet Island Estate.

Hotel LBI is a stunning site to see. The hotel will be open year round and the property includes a pool with retractable roof, hot tub, a number of bars and cocktail lounges, rooftop deck.  In the Mercer Management tradition, the LBI Hotel will be a premiere location to host weddings and other big events.  Just like the Mainland in Manahawkin, the Hotel LBI will be a place for both locals and visitors to enjoy.for visitors and locals alike.  The hotel is expected to open in late May.

The second new structure residents and visitors will see is the The Arlington Beach Club. The Arlington is a new luxury condominium development. The club has 24 condominiums designed by LBI resident Nicholas Garofolo and local architect Jeffery F. Wells.  

Each condo includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  There are two styles available for purchase, the Leeward and Windward units. The Arlington has a pool with a tiki bar and cabana, beautiful hot tub. There is a common area with BBQ gas grills. Each unit has a private deck.
