GLEN ROCK, NJ - The Glen Rock NJ Dog Park Board of Directors is pleased to announce a recent $5,000 grant from the Greater Bergen Realtors Association (GBAR) towards the purchase of agility equipment and seating for the privately funded dog park.
“The Greater Bergen Association of Realtors is pleased to be able to be a part of such a great initiative," GBAR Communications Director Jennifer Mejia said. "As a local Realtor Association, our mission is to be able to help improve the communities where our members live and work. Through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) placemaking grant program, we are able to help Glen Rock make their community a better place by adding a dog park which will bring about togetherness within the community. We are eager to see the completed project, and look forward to the dedication ceremony on September 11th.”

Founder and CEO Michelle Hillock notes, “A huge thank you to GBAR for this generous grant. The agility equipment will be well used by the park and will aid our non-profit’s mission to provide animal training courses to the community.”

The Glen Rock NJ Dog Park is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to create an eco-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, community oriented, multi-generational, canine recreation park dedicated to the 9/11 search and rescue dogs.
