Heated Dispute in Wilde Park Draws Police from Two Other Towns

GLEN ROCK, NJ - Police had to call in reinforcements after responding to a "heated dispute" at the Wilde Park basketball court involving two large groups, some of whom were armed with baseball bats.

On May 31 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Ridgewood and Fair Lawn police helped Glen Rock police "deescalate and disperse those involved," according to the police report.

NJ State Police Seek Public Assistance Locating Missing 11-year-old Boy

FT. LEE, NJ - New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a missing 11-year-old boy.

The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit and Fort Lee Police Department are seeking the public's assistance with locating Aiden Kim, 11, of Fort Lee, N.J.

Aiden was last seen leaving his residence in the area of First Street at approximately 9:30 p.m.

Glen Rock Police Monitoring Bear Sighting Near Prospect Street


GLEN ROCK, NJ - Police are aware of the bear siting in the area of Prospect Street at approximately 12:45 p.m. today.

"Contact Glen Rock Police ONLY if the animal is posing an immediate threat," police said. "All residents are urged not to go near the animal."
