GLEN ROCK, NJ - Glen Rock Athletic Club staff ejected two "intoxicated" men after a "heated dispute over cheese balls," police said.

On Jan. 31 just prior to 9 p.m., Glen Rock AC staff asked for police assistance with "two intoxicated males having a dispute which was becoming violent," according to the police report. The men, a 54-year-old Glen Rock man and a 56-year-old Ridgewood man, had become embroiled in a dispute over cheese balls, police said.

Both had been separated by staff and patrons prior to police arrival and no actual assault was reported. Both men were escorted from the premises by officers and advised not to return for the evening. They were advised of their right to sign complaints against each other with the Glen Rock Municipal Court if they so desired.
