FAIR LAWN, NJ - Police arrested a suspect in the Morlot Avenue burglaries to a single home after a six-week investigation in which a vehicle, electronics and tools were absconded.

Fair Lawn Police said the burglaries were reported on Sept. 9 from a residence on Morlot Avenue near Canger Place.

While the Passaic County Sheriff's Department recovered the vehicle in Paterson on Sept. 12, the report of the arrest through the Fair Lawn Police Department occured on Nov. 25.

John Johnson, 32, of Paterson was "identified as a person involved," according to police and was already being held at Bergen County Jail. In this incident, police charged Johnson with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft.
