FLEMINGTON, NJ – A borough man has been indicted on one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Manuel-Gonzalez Ramirez, 34, was indicted by a Grand Jury yesterday, according to a press release this morning from Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.
Gonzalez-Ramirez was arrested on Jan. 16 after a joint investigation by Kearns’ Special Victim’s Unit and Flemington police. Kearns said the investigation revealed Gonzalez-Ramirez had sexual contact with a victim younger than 13 years old. The crimes happened in 2015, according to the prosecutor.
