CLINTON, NJ -  Beginning on Tuesday, April 24 at 7:30 P.M. Rabbi Eli Kornfeld of Chabad of Hunterdon will be offering a program called "What Is? Rethinking Everything We Know about Our Universe."

Kornefeld calls the new six-session course "fascinating."

The course will draw on the wisdom of Chasidic teaching and "will probe the most basic building blocks of existence, revolutionizing our understanding of life, reality, and our place in the world," he said.

“I find that many people, particularly in Hunterdon County, are looking to deepen their experience of life,” the rabbi said. “This course invites participants to live more deeply, by deepening their thinking, insight, and awareness of the fundamentals of life and of our universe.”

"What Is?" explores six of the most intriguing questions that have ever challenged mankind: Is the world real? Is time travel possible? Why does evil exist? Who is God? What is consciousness? Are we bound by fate?

This course is designed to appeal to people at all levels of knowledge, including those without any prior experience or background in Jewish learning. This course is open to all, and attendees need not be affiliated with a particular synagogue, temple or other house of worship.

Interested students may call 908-238-9002 or visit www.jewishhunterdon.com/jli for registration and for other course-related information. The cost for the course is $99 which includes text books and recordings from all the classes. Lesson one is offered at no cost or obligation to continue.

The Psychology Behind My Vote for Peter Jacob
