Educational Programs at Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers

RARITAN TWP., NJ  –  Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers are offering a wide variety of educational classes this month at both the Clinton and Whitehouse Station locations.

As part of the February Education Series, the following programs are currently open for registration:

Keeping the Mind Fit

Sign Up for E-News

Currently, there are about 5 million Americans with some form of dementia. There are ways to keep your mind sharp and help avoid memory loss. the speaker will be Linda Bryant, RN, Director, Center for Healthy Aging.

  • The program will be held at the Whitehouse Station Wellness Center on Tuesday, Feb. 13. from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Center is located at 537 Rt. 22 East. To register, please call 908-534-7600.
  • The program will also be held at the Clinton Wellness Center on Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. the Center is loctaed at 1738 Rt. 31 North.

Walk with a Doc

Walk with a cardiologist and staff members from Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates. There will be a brief discussion on heart health followed by a Q&A session. A free blood pressure check is available for all participants. The program will be held at the Clinton Wellness Center on Saturday, Feb. 17 from 9 to  10 a.m. To register, call 908-788-1710 ext. 250.

These programs are free and participants will receive a guest pass to be used at the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers.
