This is the second of two candidate forums sponsored by TAPinto Flemington/Raritan. The moderator is Steve Chernoski, a contributor to TAPinto, a resident of Lambertville, author, filmmaker, and Social Studies teacher.

For tonight's forum, all four candidates who have filed for seats on the Flemington Borough Council were invited to participate. Democrats Malik Johnston and Elizabeth Rosetti; Republican candidates Kim Tilly and Marc Hain.

All candidates were contacted to arrange available dates, discuss any questions about candidate forum guidelines. The Democratic candidates accepted our invitation and the Republican candidates did not respond to multiple requests to appear.

This TAPinto candidate forum is for informational purposes only, and there will be no endorsement made by TAPinto.

The questions for this forum were put together by TAPinto staff from submissions sent in by Flemington Borough residents, subjects obtained from recent Flemington Borough news stories, and from issues that are part of every election in municipalities across New Jersey.

This will be posted through Election Day, November 3rd for viewing. The Democratic candidates, Malik Johnston and Elizabeth Rosetti may be contacted through their public Facebook page.

Republican candidate and Borough Council Vice President Kim Tilly can be contacted through her publicly listed information on her official Flemington Borough webpage. Republican candidate Marc Hain can be contacted through the Hunterdon County Republican Club webpage.   Here is the link to the video.
