FLEMINGTON, NJ – A Flemington man has been arrested after police said they seized 150 decks of heroin from his vehicle.
Kyle Rogers, 30, faces a third-degree charge of heroin possession. His vehicle was seized for forfeiture, according to a press release from Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.
The arrest follows a joint investigation conducted by Kearns’ Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force, Hunterdon’s K9 Unit and Raritan Township police.
The heroin had a street value of about $1,000, according to the press release, which was issued jointly by Kearns, his Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski and Raritan Township police.
Rogers was arrested Monday and released on his own recognizance pending his first court appearance.
