Flemington to Hold Health & Wellness Fair

FLEMINGTON, NJ  – Flemington will be home to a borough-wide Health & Wellness Fair Saturday, Feb. 25, with more than 20 free, health-centric events taking place at participating. Events will be occurring from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“Every year, so many of us have ‘healthy eating and exercise’ on our list of resolutions,” said Flemington Community Partnership Director Judy Goodwi in a press release. “It’s motivating to work together as a community toward a common goal of healthier living in a fun, productive way.”

The events during the Health & Wellness Fair will range from an exercise bootcamp, a blood pressure clinic, a Kung Fu lesson, to a nutrition class. The events are free, and visitors have the opportunity to participate in raffles throughout the borough.

“This is a great event, not only for the practitioners in town to get to know each other and the community, but for residents of Flemington and beyond to see the breadth of health and wellness experts this town offers,” said event organizer, Nicole Maniez, who owns Jersey Community Acupuncture here. “From traditional to holistic, Flemington offers a wide variety of experienced practitioners.”
