EAST AMWELL, NJ – The Fourth Annual Hunterdon County Community Day will be held tomorrow at the South County Park here on Route 173, just outside of Ringoes.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. There is a voluntary donation of $5 for parking.

There will be a petting zoo and pony rides; a Reptile Show by Reptile World; tethered balloon rides;  fire department and rescue squad vehicles; outdoor children's games and activities; and demonstrations by local community groups.

Dozens of business and non-profit groups will be hosting booths, activities and displays.  

For the second year, there will be a county Shredding Day sponsored by Hunterdon County Clerk Mary Melfi. The hours for shredding will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
