To the editor:

The New Jersey affiliate of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM-NJ) held its November dinner meeting at Lone Eagle Brewing in Flemington on Nov. 9.

ISM-NJ members attended an informative brewery tour hosted by co-owner Bob King, enjoyed a catered meal by Panatieris, and heard Bob present on Lone Eagle’s supply chain, describing how beer ingredients (malt, hops, yeast, etc.) are sourced, many from local central Jersey businesses - including several in Hunterdon County.
