Man Indicted After Fatal Route 202 Crash

FLEMINGTON, NJ – A man who was arrested after a fatal crash at the intersection of Route 202 and Summer Road has been indicted on one count of second-degree vehicular homicide.

Joe Holmes, 57, of Willimantic, Ct., was indicted June 21, according to a press release this morning from Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.

Wilson A. Sumbana, 57, of South Bound Brook, was killed in the Dec. 26 crash last year in Readington.

When he was arrested, Holmes was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.
