FLEMINGTON, NJ – A probation violator who used nine names has been traced to Phillipsburg and arrested, according to a press release from the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant was issued by Hunterdon County Superior Court Judge Angela F. Borkowski.
Ralph Rios also uses the names Ralph Dossantos, Jeffrey Montalvo, Ralph Santos, Kristian Mantos, and five versions of his real name, the release states. He was placed on probation last November for obstruction of administration of law.
Rios violated that probation after failing to comply with the terms and conditions by missing mandatory court appearances, failing to undertake drug screens and failure to pay fines and fees, according to the press release.
Rios, 43, was arrested by Hunterdon Prosecutor’s Office Investigator John Mulligan and Hunterdon Sheriff’s Detective Lamont Garnes and turned over to Corrections Intake. He was then lodged in Somerset County Jail to await a hearing in Superior Court.
