RARITAN TWP., NJ – Police here released details on several unrelated arrests.
- Patrol Officer Scott Phibbs arrested Donovan S. Mason, 22 and Eric E. Brache, 30, both of the Bronx and David J. Horvath, 25, of Mamaroneck, N.Y., and charged them with possession of a controlled dangerous substance around 1:01 a.m. July 24. The arrests happened after police were dispatched to the Schenck Drive area on a reported noise complaint. Mason was additionally charged with possession of hashish. All three were released.
- Emanuel A. Bradshaw, 23, of Flemington was arrested around 5:26 p.m. July 24 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Suboxone, a Schedule II narcotic) by Cpl. Christopher Vallat. Police said Bradshaw was seen walking across Route 31 near Walter Foran Boulevard outside of the crosswalk. Bradshaw was also charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and issued a summons charging him with failure to use a crosswalk. He was released.
- Police said Cpl. Christopher Vallat arrested a man who drove to police headquarters to inquire about paperwork. Michael A. Thomson, 33, of Flemington, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence in a school zone and reckless driving around 12:16 p.m. July 25. After processing, Thomson was released to a family member.
- Police said Sgt. Robert Landolina stopped Matthew J. Wierzbowski, 48, of Madison Twp., Pa. for tailgating on Route 31 in the area of River Road around 4 p.m. July 27, leading to his arrest on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (less than 50 grams of marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a summons charging him with having an obstructed view.
