FLEMINGTON, NJ – A man and woman were arrested at their home yesterday on sexual assault charges, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III announced today in a press release.
An investigation by detectives from Kearns’ Special Victims Unit and State Police based at the Perryville Barracks revealed the suspects engaged in sex acts in Union Township with a child under the age of 16, the release states.
Kenneth Thompson, 59, and Feleisha Francillon, 28, both of Phillipsburg, were arrested and charged with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s SWAT Team, Warren County SWAT Team and Phillipsburg police helped apprehend Thompson and Francillon, Kearns said. Both are being held in the Somerset County Jail pending their first court appearance.
