FLEMINGTON, N.J. – A joint investigation has yielded the arrest of three people here on narcotics charges, according to a press release from Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.

Sean P. Ripley, 30 and Denise P. Black, 55, both of Flemington and Patrick J. Hanigan, 32, of Phillipsburg, were arrested Aug. 3, Kearns said.

Ripley and Hanigan were charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin and possession of heroin, both third-degree crimes, and possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia, which are disorderly person offenses.

Black was charged with third-degree possession of heroin.

All three were lodged in Somerset County Jail.

The investigation was by Kearns’ Narcotics Task Force and K9 Unit, and Raritan Township police.

The press release was issued jointly by Kearns, his Chief of Detectives Frank R. Crisologo and Raritan Township Police Department Officer in Charge Lt. Al Payne.
