FLEMINGTON, NJ – Three Virginia residents have been indicted on drug charges, according to a press release from Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.

The indictments follow their arrests by Clinton Township Police after they were stopped while driving on Route 31 on July 26.

Ricardo R. Phillips, 39, and Jennifer N. Ramos, 32, both of Roanoke and Dustin L. Hart, 27, of Troutville were indicted on charges of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and third-degree conspiracy to possess CDS.

Phillips was also indicted on third-degree false government document and fourth-degree hindering apprehension charges. Ramos also faces a fourth- degree hindering apprehension charge.

Ramos was driving the motor vehicle at the time of the stop, Kearns said;  Phillips and Hart were passengers.

A K9 Unit from Kearns' office assisted in the arrest.
