CLINTON, N.J. Unity Bank is encouraging the public to “Pay It Forward” by sharing stories about their personal heroes - and the bank will be giving away $20,000 to participants and their heroes in random drawings.

“We wanted to give people a chance to honor their personal heroes and tell their story,” said Unity Bank President & CEO James A. Hughes. “We are offering people an opportunity to ‘pay it forward’ and promote the positive impact someone can have in the lives of others.”

The giveaway runs through Dec. 15 and five winners will be randomly drawn each month. The heroes and their nominees will each receive $500 from Unity Bank and their stories will be featured in photos and videos on the bank’s social media pages. All entries received up to the 15th of each month will be eligible for that month’s drawing.
