"Yoga in the Park introduced me to a new type of fitness activity that proved to be the perfect supplement for my workouts,” said Tom Demuro in a press release. “For me, the benefits of yoga included increased flexibility, balance and strengthening. That was three years ago, and I still maintain my practice weekly."

Weather permitting, the program will take place at Court Street Park here. In the event of rain, 7 a.m. yoga classes will meet at A Life in Balance at 1 Stangl Rd. The 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. classes will be held at Be Here Now Yoga at 63 Main St.

Participants should bring a mat and water. Weather notifications and changes will be posted on Facebook.

For questions about the program, e-mail Walsh or call her at 908-642-0989.
