NEW JERSEY – According to a Twitter post from Gov. Phil Murphy, he is planning to sign an executive order Wednesday that will reopen all state and county parks as of sunrise May 2.
In addition, all golf courses will be allowed to reopen as of May 2.
Social distancing will continue to be mandated, according to his post.
There is no official word yet from the county, and the order is expected to be signed some time on Wednesday.
Raritan Township and Flemington Borough had also closed municipal parks after the executive order came down in early April.
