FLEMINGTON, NJ – The 15th annual Medical Fitness Week is underway now through May 12.
As part of the observance, Hunterdon Health &Wellness Centers are partnering with the Medical Fitness Association and inviting everyonwe to come workout for free during a week-long Open House.
Special joining incentives and no enrollment fees will be offered and all visitors will be entered into a drawing to win a free one-month membership.
The Wellness Centers have locations in Clinton, Lambertville and Whitehouse Station, said their Administrative Director Tamra Campanella.
The goal of the Medical Fitness Association initiative is to promote an increase in physical activity levels in all ages and to highlight the difference fitness makes in a person’s overall health.
During this international event medical fitness centers throughout the U.S., Canada, and China are offering resources and educational opportunities for their communities promoting the medical fitness difference and raising awareness of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
