RARITAN TWP., NJ – Police here released details on several recent unrelated arrests.

Michelle A. Holland, 58, of Flemington, was arrested by Patrol Officer Brett Szatkowski around 4:40 p.m. Sept. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said the vehicle stop occurred in the parking lot of Bourbon Street Liquors.

Jesus M. Carhuachin Colan, 34, of Newark, was arrested by Patrol Officer Ismael Mendez around 2:41 a.m. Sept. 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said his vehicle was stopped for failing to maintain lane.

Lukar P. Bartels, 25, of Hillsborough, was arrested around 1:39 a.m. Oct. 1 by Patrol Officer Adam Swiatek and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said Bartels was originally stopped on Voorhees Corner Road for having a non-functioning brake light and weaving within the lane of travel.

Brian T. Vohs, 33, of Parsippany, was arrested by Patrol Officer Connor Gallagher around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Vohs was originally stopped by an off-duty State Trooper, police said, who saw Vohs driving erratically on Route 202.

Kyle J. McGovern, 22, of Bridgewater, was arrested around 2:14 a.m. Oct. 6  by Patrol Officer Anthony Moreno and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. McGovern was initially stopped for swerving and a non-functioning headlight, police said.
